This workshop will open a space for you to experience the transformation with yoga and art.
Sometimes we hold ourselves back only because of our own thoughts. With the natural process of breathing, we can open a space to these thoughts and transform it into creation.
During this session you will experience the transformation by drawing and painting exercises before and after the yoga practice. We will compare how we express ourselves before breathing and relaxing the body, mind and heart and after.
This workshop is designed for beginners, simply and slowly moving with the breath. Relaxing the body and the mind by using simple techniques.
No rules, only self - expression!

In average there are 4-5 participants. The small group size allows us to pay attention to each participant.
Yes. The Yoga&Art workshop is designed for beginners. Anyone can do it, even without any level of art skills
You should inform us at least 2 days before the event. In this case you can attend the workshop with the next group. Please note that we do not make a refund unless the session is cancelled from our side.
