When ordering from 500 euros, delivery in Portugal is free. In addition, there are the following delivery conditions:- Self pickup (Lisbon, Rua Reinaldo Ferreira 18B), free
- Standard shipping in Portugal 10€ (without tracking service), 3-5 days
- Express shipping in Portugal 13€ (with tracking service), 1-2 days
- International delivery and insurance service can be calculated only after the order (our manager will contact you within 12 hours to discuss delivery details)

Return conditions:
Author's works of art of proper quality are not subject to exchange and return.
If the product is defective or damaged, we will refund the money.
If you want to complain, please send us an email within 14 days after the purchase. Attach photos and a detailed description of the damage or defect of the goods.
