WELCOME TO THE INTUITIVE PAINTING WORKSHOP
During this intuitive painting workshop, you will quiet your rational mind and discover what you authentically need to express! It is a meditative process aim to open your inner core, unblock yourself by breathing practices. After you will be amazed to see what has appeared on your canvas!
Together with the artist, you will paint your inner voice, exploring multiply techniques and opening your mind for new possibilities!

If you are in Lisbon come to our cozy studio or our partner's location where we organize art events in presence.
˙❥˙ You do not need to bring anything with you! All materials, a glass of wine, small snacks are included, tea/coffee are for free.
★ Option 2. ONLINE participation
If you are not in Lisbon but anyway want to join our regular events in presence this option can be perfect for you.
˙❥˙ After the booking you will receive the list with necessary materials for the workshop.˙❥˙ If you do not have the materials from the list we can send the set for you. In this case it is necessary to book the workshop at least 5 days before the event so that we have time to send the materials to you.

WHAT IS INTUITIVE PAINTING
Each of us has an inner artist. The theory of intuitive drawing says that by drawing on intuition, you can release your inner artist, as well as easily improve and acquire useful skills.
Intuitive drawing:
- develops right-brain thinking;
- develops creative intuition;
- helps to find your own creative vision and style;
- helps to get rid of destructive perfectionism;
- helps to relax and relieve excess creative tension.
The most interesting thing is that this is not a far-fetched theory, but a scientific fact! The founder of the theory of intuitive or right-brain painting is the American art teacher Betty Edwards. The theory of right-brain drawing/painting is based on real scientifically based and confirmed works that explain the specifics of the work of the cerebral hemispheres.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
In average there are 4-5 participants. The small group size allows us to pay attention to each participant.
Definitely yes. The Intiitive Painting workshop is designed for any level, no need to have any drawing skills. Everyone will be able to get the work worthy of pride.
You should inform us at least 2 days before the event. In this case you can attend the workshop with the next group. Please note that we do not make a refund unless the session is cancelled from our side.
If you participate in a live format all materials are included. If your format is remote, you will need the materials. You will receive a list of materials needed. You can use your own materials or contact ArtZone and we send you a set for the session.
