Our professional artist will share the concepts and practices for translating nature’s color, light and forms into a convincing and beautiful representation; and how to tackle its immense complexity and detail.
During this workshop, we will paint a beautiful landscape using Alla Prima technique. This technique is easy for beginners because it doesn’t require much preparation and lengthy planning and waiting time, as painting in layers does.
After the workshop you will have all the necessary basic tools and skills needed to interpret and depict a landscape using the alla prima technique.

In this technique the painting is done in one single layer and, usually, in a single session. The alla prima technique is a direct, painterly style of realism lends is self to capturing the freshness found in nature. You should inform us at least 2 days before the event. In this case you can attend the workshop with the next group. Please note that we do not make a refund unless the session is cancelled from our side.
